Only the Scenery Was New! Oh and the Clothes

Just havin' fun wherever I am!
I was up to my same old tricks! Don't worry the moose was asleep! I really wanted to pet him, he seemed so friendly, the chain was to keep the moose inside his napper.Just having fun wherever I am. I loved the bathtub and asked to take a bath everytime I walked by it. I played at the Manchester Airport and hope Dada buys me a Mustang
like this one in 15 years! I rode in my carseat. Thanks to Mama for lugging it all the way up to New Hampshire. It sure was comfy for naps during our days of driving all around. Mama bought me some NUGGs (Not UGGs) just like hers. Aren't I cute in them?

Multicolored Leaves 'On Golden Pond'

I saw some otters at the nature preserve. Grammy and I really enjoyed watching them play and eat their snack! Grammy also showed me how much bigger a Moose is than me! Isn't it funny how Moose looks a lot Mouse when it is spelled, but in person they are nothing alike? WOW!!
Mama really enjoyed her new camera! Hope you enjoy the pictures she took as much as she enjoyed taking them!
Love you, Baby Addyson
PS. The house with the tree in front overlooks "On Golden Pond". The On Golden Pond from a movie my Grammy likes! It is a famouse pond, but I think our pond in my neighborhood is better. This one didn't even have any ducks!! What kind of a pond doesn't have ducks? Oh, Mama says all the ducks from On Golden Pond are waiting for me at home in Texas. Ducks up here go south for the winter!!
PS!

Swing High New England!

Mama found a fabulous New England park for me to play in. She finds lots of great things including this precious Colonial outfit. Can you believe it has bloomers? oh, and the bloomers have lace just like the sleeves and collar!! So I look just like the lady on the dress that I am actually wearing! Syncronicity!!
Just a tip to all the park loving babies out there, if you travel to New Hampshire be sure to wear a furry coat if you want to swing!

French Canada!! We We!!- October 19, 2008

We saw this sign all throughout Vermont and just had to follow it!

Aunt Diz wanted to see a Canadian Wal-Mart in honor of soon to be Uncle Wobbie.

We went to a town called Sherbrook. It was a fun day.

We were glad to be home.

Playing in the Leaves!! Lincoln, New Hampshire- October 18, 2008

So many pretty leaves on the trees and some fantastic ones on the ground too. I burried myself in them after endulging in some s'mores.

The State of Things- October 17-24, 2008

So, the country of the United States of America is made of 50 states. It is a really, really big place. I have been to 14 of them now. I went on a trip to New England from October17-24, 2008. We went to 7 states in one week. That is one a day, plus we also went to Canada. This entry serves as highlights from the trip. Details to come soon.

This is French Canada. We went to a town called Sherbrook. They all sounded so different up there.
All of us girls in New Hampshire! We stayed in the white mountains here. They had white on the top! Mama says that is called snow. It snows there in October! See me in my fur lined Elmo hoddie!!

The green mountains were mostly orange, red and yellow. Apparently, that is why we came. To see the rainbow trees- at home our trees are green all year round until they have no leaves at all!

Grammy, Mama and I are in Massachusetts. You can't even see my face because they are hugging me so tightly!

The sign says that Rhode Island is the 'ocean state', but I didn't see any water! We went to a place called Brown University. Mama says there would never be enough money in my 529 to cover one semester! Can you believe it is almost 48,000 a year!

Mama and I in Maine!! I know we are on the wrong side of the sign, but we are actually in Maine as we crossed the bridge from New Hampshire into Maine about a mile before this sign!

Here we are in Ohio! The Cleveland airport specifically. Dad says it counts as I saw the city from above and even one of the Great Lakes!! Lake Erie!! It looked like the ocean.

19 Months New- October 6, 2008

Wow! I am noticing more and more things everyday. I am aware of planes in the sky and fish in the water. I know how to find the moon and the north star. I know how to share toys and sometimes I even remember how to put them away. I know doggies pant when they are hot and kitties hiss when they are mad. I know where my friend Kate lives and which house belongs to my friend Lucy. I know where Kate's mommy keeps the pacifiers at her house.

I enjoy time with my friends and family. See me playing with my friend Kate in a bathtub in her kitchen. I handed her a pacifier (that I stole from the drawer in her kitchen) and she actually put it in her mouth and took off with it leaving me alone in the bathtub! Nuts!! It was my 19 month birthday and everything.

My Best Day EVER!! I love Planes!!- October 5, 2008

Okay, I am completely obsessed with UFOs. Mama calls them planes, but at this juncture I cannot confirm such labeling. I view them as unidentifiable- they are up so high, who among you can confirm this assessment? So, Mama and Dada took me upclose and personal. We went to MillionAir. The private plane airport in my town Addison (notice the misspelling- it is intentional). I tried becoming a pilot, but I think Air Traffic Control is my true calling!! I mean "control" is in the job title? How many careers out there can boast that? (I think anyone with a Toddle About knows control is their favorite character trait!!) So, ATCers can tell the planes where to drive too. They use magic wands to communicate with the planes and pull them onto the right sky roads!! I got to see the electromagnetic board that communicates directly with the ATCs magic wands (all this is my speculation as I have yet to visit the Air Traffic Tower). See a picture of me with Mama standing right by the runAway with the Millionairs planes all around. The nice pilot, Mike took me inside to see the luxury liner... I hope this is what our plane to New Hampshire looks like!!
Love you, Baby Addyson

Mouth open in amazement!!

A comfy seat with lots of responsibility!! (and me in my bathing suit - under my skirt!!)

So many buttons, so little time. Too bad Mama kept saying, "Those are for seeing with your eyes, not for touching with your hands." What did God give me these hands for anyway!!?!!

A Rich Birthday Party- September 26, 2008

I went to a super fun birthday party for Benjamin Rich. It was at Little Gym and I really enjoyed myself. I ate cake- with a fork, played with a parachute, danced, sang, and just had a great time! I can't wait to go to another birthday party soon!!

Razorbacks- September 20, 2008

Mama, Auntie Jan and I went to Arkansas to go to the UA/UA game. Both UA's wear red- so it is a bit confusing on the field! I didn't actually go to the game. I went to play with Miss Robbie and Courtney. The game was on my Mama's birthday. She became one year less new- bless her heart... literaly... I hope she is taking care of her heart and all of her other aging organs!
See me practicing the Woo Pig!! I'm only sad that the Hogs can't cheer themselves on!! I love the picture of us girls in our PJs... hope Grammy isn't too mad that I posted it!
Love you, Baby Addyson

Friendship!

I have a great friend named Kate. We take a walk with our mommies several mornings a week and generally have a playdate afterwards. My favorite is playing at her house. She has a great playroom. I point out her street to Mama when we drive by and am always ready to play at Kate's house. I love her playroom, her dog Jules, her M&Ms, her pacifier drawer, and well... just everything about her house.
I invite her over to play sometimes too. See some pictures of us playing together at my house.
We are friends because we both like Duck Ducks and Airplanes and both have tenacious, daredevil streaks. See Kate standing up on my Little People riding car.
Love you! Baby Addyson
