Six Months New- September 6, 2007

Can you believe it? Thank goodness I've kept you up to date on my development or you'd be shocked! I have a few new life favorites: cell phones, remote controls, & water bottles. I had to have stickums today!! Can you believe it? On my birthday and everything. I weigh 15.1 pounds and am 27 and 3/4 inches long!!
Mommy got me some of my favorite balls from Gymboree to play with at home! I love them!!
I thought I'd give you a brief recap of my first 6 months of life. After my birth on March 6, 2007, I have not slowed down for a moment. I have learned about rolling, bouncing, eating solids including avocado, sweet potatoes, squash and organic rice cereal. Mommy makes all my food for me from scratch. I am trying to crawl these days. It seems to be the "in" thing. All the babies at Gymboree are trying it or doing it (I'm the youngest in my new Level II class) and that is all I see Matisse and VanGogh doing. I need to crawl to catch them.
Well, I am off to play. Lots to do and see and learn.

This Little Piggie Went to Fayetteville!!- September 1, 2007

I called those Hogs!! I went with Mommy, Daddy, Aunt Dizzy & Grammy to my first football game this weekend. The Razorbacks played Troy and won. I had lots of fun at the game. I even got to eat my rice cereal there! So many people waved and said hi to me. I thought all 73,000 people were there to see me!! That is what Daddy said. You should have heard them all cheering for me! Woo Pig Sooie!

I love my cat. I think cat will be my first word. I say it every time she walks in the room, but Mommy & Daddy say it sounds like a squeel rather than c-a-t.

First Food!! Yummy!!- August 19, 2007

Well, I had my first food today. It is called organic rice cereal. Daddy bought it for me at the whole food place. I was very skeptical and approched the situation with great trepidation- especially considering how much I hate artificial food apparatuses. That rubber mommy thing (I think it is called a bottle?) I see other babies around the world eating is gross. I had to eat some last week because my tummy was getting flat at the babysitter's from my hunger strike.

See me eat my rice cereal. First I waited in my special seat- then I ate it up - then see how satisfied I was.

Summer Sun

Summer sun, something's begun.... I'm preparing for my Broadway Grease tryout!! Actually, I'm just remembering the fun time I had with Mommy and Daddy today in the big bathtub. I played in Mr. Crab for about 20 minutes. It was really fun. I even splashed some. After splash time outside, I had to take a bath inside? It was kinda weird, but Mommy and Daddy said it was important to wash off the outside water. So many rules in this life!!

Yes, It's True- I'm 5 Months New- August 6, 2007

I can't believe how much I've changed. I mean really. I can do so many things now. I keep Mommy and Daddy busy! I love to roll like a log across the living room floor!! :) I grab everything and Mommy and Daddy think I might become an Opthomologist!! I just love to grab at glasses.
