Memorial Day- May 26, 2008

Memorial Day is a special day. Mama and Dada taught me to say thank you to the men and women who gave all their everything to keep me free. Thank you American troops.

Today I went swimming and to the park. I played peek a boo in the pool and rode the swing at the park. I got so tired I fell asleep at 7:15. I have a rule that I don't sleep more than 10 and 1/2 hours so I'll see Mama and Dada at 5:45!! (She did and then took a nap from 11:40-3:20).

Hope you had a relaxing day with friends and family and remembered to thank our fighting men and women and their families.

Naked Baby With Bread on Her Head

I eat naked a lot. Mama is happy that it is warm and this is possible. I really hate wearing a bib and rip it off as soon as I can. So now - look away if you're embarrassed.

Ball Play!

I went to Miller's new house. I took him a House Cooling present. Mama said it was a House Warming present, but because it is already really hot in Texas- I thought he'd prefer a House Cooling present. It was a big blue ball like my big purple one. We played and played with it.

Grammy and Aunt Diz

So I visited Grammy and Aunt Diz. They live in a whole different state: Arkansas. I usually go there and wear red and watch grown talls act like short smalls screaming and clapping when people run through the green grass after a brown ball that looks like my pink Dora ball. I think my pink Dora ball is much prettier.

Anyway, during this visit I went to the park with Grammy and rode a swing and petted Cousin Whitey, and met Aunt Diz's boyfriend Robbie.

Travelin' Baby

I went with my Mama on a trip to Arkansas to see my Aunt Diz and Grammy. We made a special trip to Missouri too. It is only about 15 miles from Aunt Diz's house. Missouri is the state my Mama was born in. We went to the Wal-Mart- they have them there too- and I got a pink suit with a Red bird on it. Mama said it had something to do with balls and bases. The little red bird was sitting on a stick that Mama called a bat. Apparently, I now have a ball base team called the Red Birds of Angel Louis.

Mama thinks pictures like this from every state would be fun, but in some instances it is too dangerous! Mama says, "Safety First!"

Kitty Cat Attack!!

I went to visit my Aunt Diz and forgot who my favorite relative is!! Cousin Whitey. He played with me. It was really refreshing because Brother Orange and Sissy Brown run from me. Cousin Whitey made a strange sound- not like a meow- more like a snake "sssss". He even hit me, but I didn't let that stop me. Watch us play together!!
